Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 12 October 2026
These terms describe the general framework for MM Carrier’s answering, outbound telemarketing, appointment scheduling and EU goods transportation services.
They should be read alongside the quotation, order confirmation and written service agreement applicable to your work. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Draft for owner review. Before publication, MM Carrier must confirm its legal entity details, contract formation process, payment and cancellation terms, applicable law and service-specific liability arrangements. These general terms do not replace a completed service agreement.
1. Scope and service confirmation
A website enquiry does not by itself confirm a booking or ongoing service. The services to be supplied, start date, coverage, service levels and deliverables must be confirmed in writing. Any service-specific agreement should explain which provisions take priority if documents differ, subject to applicable law.
Only work within the agreed scope is included. Additional tasks, languages, locations, systems or handling requirements may require a revised quotation or separate agreement.
2. Client instructions and access
Clients must provide accurate, current instructions and a person authorised to approve decisions. Where needed, this includes call scripts, escalation contacts, scheduling availability, contact lists and shipment information.
Clients must have the right to share the information and grant the access required for the service. Access should be limited to what is necessary. Changes to instructions or availability should be communicated promptly through the agreed channel.
3. Fees and payment
Fees, billing units, applicable taxes, payment dates and any additional charges must be set out in the accepted quotation or service agreement. No price is confirmed solely by the descriptions on this website.
Any deposit, late-payment consequence or right to suspend work must be agreed and permitted by law. Clients should raise invoice queries promptly, identifying the relevant charge and reason for the query.
4. Scheduling, changes and cancellation
Service schedules and transport bookings depend on the arrangements confirmed for each engagement. Requests to change volumes, dates, routes or instructions may affect availability and price and require written confirmation.
Notice periods, cancellation charges and refund arrangements must be disclosed in the applicable agreement. Any mandatory cancellation or consumer rights take precedence. An appointment or shipment change is not confirmed until acknowledged through the agreed process.
5. Lawful communications and marketing
Clients must provide lawful campaign instructions and establish the appropriate basis for using contact information. Before outbound work starts, the parties must agree responsibilities for permission checks, suppression lists, required disclosures and handling objections.
MM Carrier must also comply with the obligations applicable to its own activities. Unlawful, misleading or abusive instructions must not be carried out. A person’s objection to marketing must be respected as required by applicable law.
Answering and scheduling services follow approved instructions; they do not constitute professional advice or an emergency response service. Escalation procedures must be agreed separately.
6. Confidentiality and personal information
Confidential business information should be used only for delivering the agreed services or meeting legal obligations. Any necessary disclosure to an authorised service provider should be subject to appropriate safeguards.
Where MM Carrier handles personal information on a client’s behalf, the parties must establish their respective data protection roles and enter into any required processing agreement. The Privacy Policy provides a general overview; client-specific arrangements require separate documentation.
7. Goods, packaging and transport documents
Clients must accurately describe goods and provide the documentation required for the shipment. Packaging, loading, unloading, access and handover responsibilities must be agreed before collection.
Hazardous, restricted, perishable, fragile or high-value goods must be disclosed in advance and may only be transported where expressly accepted and lawfully permitted. Do not tender undeclared goods or assume that special handling, insurance or storage is included.
The transport agreement must identify the relevant parties, route, timing, proof-of-delivery arrangements and procedures for reporting loss or damage. Mandatory transport rules, including international conventions where applicable, remain effective.
8. Performance, interruptions and liability
Any measurable service commitments must be set out in the written agreement. Marketing outcomes, customer attendance and delivery timing are not unconditional guarantees unless a specific commitment has been expressly agreed.
The parties should notify each other promptly of interruptions or circumstances affecting performance and agree appropriate next steps. Liability, insurance, claim procedures and any lawful limits must be documented for the relevant service; these website terms do not set a financial liability cap.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
9. Ending a service
Notice requirements and grounds for suspension or termination must be stated in the service agreement, subject to applicable law. On ending a service, the parties should confirm outstanding work, lawful payment obligations, return or deletion of information and removal of system access.
Confidentiality obligations and other provisions intended to continue after termination remain subject to the applicable agreement and law.
10. Questions and disputes
Contact MM Carrier with the service reference, relevant dates and a clear description of the concern. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. The parties should first seek to clarify the facts and resolve the issue directly.
Applicable law, jurisdiction and any formal dispute procedure must be confirmed in the service agreement. Mandatory rights to seek remedies or contact a competent authority are not affected.
